Credit River Development Fundamentals

During a work session on March 20th, the City Council discussed their goals and objectives for the city to achieve by the end of 2023. Attached to the session were the goals that were established by the former Council on August 1, 2022. However, due to some complex questions raised during the March 20 work session, it was decided that a separate work session would be scheduled to discuss future development.

This meeting was held on April 17th and began with a PowerPoint presentation on development fundamentals by the City Engineer and City Planner. The session also covered the steps and feasibility study of extending sewer and water to existing neighborhoods in Credit River that are in dire need of utility extensions.
