If you are moving into or out of a property in the City of Credit River that is served by municipal sanitary sewer, you must notify the City of your move so your utility billing account can either be closed or created and a final bill can be sent.  Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and submit it to our billing department prior to your move.  

Homeowners

If you use a title company for closing on your house, the title company sometimes arranges to transfer the service from the previous owner to the new owner. Please feel free to verify by calling our utility billing department at 952-440-5617.

Tenants

If your lease states that you are responsible for paying the utility bill that includes your sanitary sewer charges, you will need to contact us to start service when you move in and again when you move out to end service at that address.
