Concept Plan

The City has received an application from Mesenbrink Construction for a Concept Plan to provide preliminary comments on a proposed development on both sides of County Road 21 east of the intersection with County Road 27.

The development is proposed to be an industrial park with outdoor storage. The industrial lots would be on well and septic.

Process for Application:

The application is currently scheduled to be reviewed at the following meetings:

• Planning Commission: Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.

• City Council Review: Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.

The May 18, 2023 Planning Commission meeting is the FIRST opportunity to provide the developer with comments and to determine how the property will be developed.
