The City has received an application from Tradition Development for a concept plan to construct 218 homesites and roads. The site is located on 185^th Street and Judicial Way. The City of Lakeville is to the East and Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve borders to the North.

On the northern side of the proposed plat there will be 102 homes on lots of at least 12,000 Sq Ft each that are proposed to be served by the City of Lakeville’s water and sewer and zoned as R-1 Single Family Residential lots.

The southern side of the proposed plat would consist of 116 homes on lots of at least 6,600 Sq Ft each that are proposed to be served by the City of Lakeville’s water and sewer and zoned as R-2 Single Family Residential lots.

After the concept plan process the applications that would be under consideration of the City are a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Re-zone and Planned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat.
