Northern Natural Gas has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction and operation of an essential service substation at the property located at 7120 196th St. E. Three buildings would be constructed on the site along with utility infrastructure. The site would be surrounded by an approximately 7-foot-tall fence with barbed wire on top. Surrounding the site would be landscaping to provide screening with trees that will be 10-15' tall upon installation.
